The first attempt to divide the world was logical, in Black’s opinion.
He gave his beloved Blue dominion of the space above the world.
To Green he gave all that lived and grew on the world.
Red received her portion last; the space below the world was hers.
The world was flat, in those times, a vast and perfect disc.
There were lakes and rivers connecting them, but there were no oceans.
Black divided the world according to what he knew his daughters loved.
Indeed, Green loved to create things from the ground, and so on.
This was a fine solution, and the three domains began carrying color.
The sky became blue, and the earth red, as they are now.
But it did not take long for the Sisters to resume fighting.
Blue and Red became jealous of each other, and their given lots.
