Chapter One, Verse Thirty

Green’s creation stirred from her spirit, gaining life from her little hands.
It emerged from the earth in the shape of an enormous man.
Green laughed, pulling it out, her feet and arms deep in dirt.
What resulted was both like and unlike Green.  He was called Yellow.

Yellow was quite roughly formed when he first came into the world.
He looked to be a man carved out of clay, his features enormous.
Still, he had a kind face, and careful hands with thick fingers.
His eyes gleamed like gems set in the rock of his face.

Though his appearance was rather beastly, Yellow was truly a gentle soul.
His arms would pull deeply from the earth both water and metal.
He was more earth than man, and knew all creatures by name.
He would show the world the gifts that were hidden in creation.
